Dm600pvr Enigma2 Pcd 6.2

    Here are the details of the latest version of the 600pvr Enigma2 image.

    THE EARLIER 6.2 IMAGE HAS PROBLEMS.

    If installed in flash it will have a free memory of 3.3mb. If Memory Expander is used the free memory increases to 10.7mb.
    The Enigma1 feature can be installed inside this image using the plugin (attached). It takes additional flash memory of about 3mb.

    This image is particularly suitable for installing in flash without using any additional storage with pc, hdd, usb, cf. Of course, for Timeshift and Recording - additional storage is necessary !

    Readme. All Readme files are in folder /etc. Please copy and translate (with google for example) if necessary.


    Daemon-manager : To run any daemon - put a start-stop script in a script folder. Insert the script folder path in the Daemon Manager config screen. Default path - /user/script/dman.


    Addon-manager : Download and install addons


    Software : Additinal software items necessary for some plugins


    EPG : configure EPGImport


    Subtitles : Change ttx subtitles size and colour


    Media/MountManager : Cifs and Nfs mount configure,

    Streaming tv to pc :


    On pc open webif browser.
    Click on tv icon. Select Open to start VLC.


    Configure VLC 0.8.6 :- Settings - Preferences - Iinterface-Main Interface - Select Advanced - Select HTTP and in HTTP Hostaddress insert :8080


    Settings - Preferences - Video - Select Fullscreen output


    Settings - Preferences - Stream output - Default stream output chain - insert #display :sout-all and select all boxes.

    Hello, img working fine so far, but i cant ffast forward or rewind, pause etc
    when playing recordings?


    1. numeric keys nor red blue etc dont work, no reaction what so ever, any hint?


    2. Also, how do i add a cron event?
    they seem to disappear on reboot.

    crontab: cannot change dir to /var/spool/cron/crontabs: No such file or directory


    3. how do i autostart mgcamd o boot?


    4. how to restart mgcamd via menu? cant seem to find it..

    Start a movie, then exit the player and start the movie again and numeric keys should now work.

    In /etc, there is a crontab file which you can edit and put there a command or script to be executed. You also need to start cron via extra setup.

    It should start automatically once you use daemon manager so start a daemon in extra setup.

    Thanks, got it all working except for the keys in remote control mode,
    however it does work in some recordings.


    Anyway, i Really enjoy having enigma2 on the dm600, thanks pcr!

    If the recording is of a tv service with the red button - then the numbered seek functions work. If the recording with other methods (such as with vlc) the seek numbers do not work. However, when you playback - you can press the 0 button to leave markers. You can in future go to these markers with > and <. This is useful if you have to stop playback in the middle.


    Of course you can install the enigma1 plugin - then you can seek forward and backward in all recordings.

    habe jetzt schon mehrfach versucht, das Image per WebIF zu installieren, nur das WebIF reagiert leider nicht auf den Klick auf "flash", auch bei anderen Images nicht, habe die Box schon mehrfach aus- und wieder eingeschalten :face_with_rolling_eyes:

    probiers mal mit einem anderen browser
    zb mit firefox gabs probleme

    so, Installation hat mit DreamUp geklappt, den Nfs-Mount habe ich auch hinbekommen.


    Ich möchte mich zuerst einmal für das tolle Image bedanken :335:


    Aufgefallen ist mir allerdings, dass man online keine Skins nachinstallieren kann. Schön wäre es auch, wenn du diesen Skin noch anpassen könntest.


    Dann ist mir noch aufgefallen, dass einige Pluings usw. online nicht verfügbar sind, die im Thread zu Version 5.1 aufgeführt sind, wird es diese Plugins noch geben?


    Toll wäre auch, wenn man die "Erweiterte Filmauswahl" von JackDaniel bekommen könnte.


    Wird es auch einen Patch zum RTL-EPG-Problem geben?

    ich habe noch ein kleines Problem, weil ich die Tastenbelegung der Fernbedienung ändern möchte (Neutrino). Für das iCVS auf meinen E2-Boxen habe ich mir die keymap.xml entsprechend angepasst, wenn ich diese Änderungen auch an der keymap.xml des pcd-Images vornehme, hängt die Box in einer Bootschleife (es kommen die Spinner, danach E2-Neustart usw), vielleicht kann mir jemand weiter helfen. Ich habe auch schon das Plugin enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-keymap_2.2-r5_all.ipk versucht, dieses verursacht beim Programmaufruf einen Greenscreen.

    Ask pcd to put on the server pauli neutrino keymap plugin.
    I changed the keymap to neutrino with this plugin but I no longer have it and it is not on the server.

    hi pcd,do i need to update any of the plugins on this image? like newtubeplayer and vlc ..etc
    and till now i can't get vlc or newtubeplayer to work..how could anyone help me with that,although i asked b4 and did all it takes,haven't succeeded though,waiting for the final version,goodluck n thx
