IHAD Board Regeln (Stand 13.09.2020)

Jede Gemeinschaft benötigt ein paar Regeln um zu funktionieren, auch wir sind hier keine Ausnahme. Daher möchten wir euch bitten, die folgenden Regeln zu lesen und zu beachten.

Jeder, der hier teilnimmt und Beiträge postet, bestätigt und akzeptiert automatisch diese Boardregeln. Bei Verstößen werden wir, das Team, angemessen reagieren und einzelne Posts abändern, löschen,

Threads schließen oder löschen, Mahnungen aussprechen und wenn es nicht vermeidbar ist auch die entsprechenden User von der Boardbenutzung ausschliessen.

Allgemeines

Das IHAD-Board ist als Informationsplattform für die digitalen Receiver der Marke Dreambox eingerichtet worden und will allen Benutzern umfassende Hilfe als auch eine Plattform für Weiterentwicklung, Erfahrungs- und Wissensaustausch bieten. Das IHAD-Board steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung, dem Vertrieb oder dem Service der Dreambox Geräte und ist unabhängig. Offizielle Supportanfragen müssen direkt an das zuständige Serviceunternehmen gestellt werden. Keiner der Betreiber bzw. des Teams haben eine Berechtigung zu offiziellen Aussagen im Auftrag oder anstelle des Herstellers.

Boardbenutzung

Um den Informationsgehalt und die Übersicht im Board hoch zu halten, möchten wir euch bitten, die folgenden Regeln einzuhalten. Als Grundlage für Postings in diesem Board gilt in erster Linie die Netiquette sowie der Haftungsausschluss. Im Besonderen möchten wir euch auf folgende Punkte hinweisen:

• FAQs sind zum lesen da
  In der Database und im Board ist eine stetig wachsende Anzahl von HowTo's bzw. FAQs vorhanden. Diese Dokumente sind geschrieben worden, um zu helfen. Bitte lest diese auch. Solltet ihr mit einem HowTo nicht klarkommen oder dieses nicht verstehen, so helft uns, indem ihr darauf hinweist und Verbesserungsvorschläge macht. Auch Hinweise auf gefundene Fehler sind willkommen. Nur so können die Dokumente besser werden und in Zukunft noch mehr Usern helfen.
• Bitte benutzt die Suchfunktion
  Die Suchfunktion des Boards ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Wenn ihr eine Frage oder ein Problem habt, so benutzt neben den FAQs bitte auch die Boardsuche. Viele Fragen wurden bereits mehrfach abgehandelt und die Antworten sind bereits im Board zu finden. Wundert euch nicht, wenn ihr eine kurze ablehnende Antwort auf eine Frage bekommt, die schon mehrfach beantwortet wurde. Jeder aus dem Team und im Board hilft sehr gerne, nur macht es keinen Spaß, drei Mal am Tag dieselbe Frage zu beantworten, nur weil jemand zu faul ist die Suche zu benutzen.
• Bitte verwendet deutliche Überschriften
  Wird das Thema des Threads schon aus der Überschrift deutlich, so verkürzt das die Wartezeit auf eine Antwort erheblich, da Personen die sich in dem entsprechenden Thema auskennen den Thread viel schneller erkennen und auch lesen. Bei nichtssagenden Überschriften wie "Dreambox-Problem" ist die Löschen-Taste bei den Team-Mitgliedern eine verlockende Variante.
• Macht deutliche Angaben
  Je deutlicher bzw. genauer ihr das Problem beschreibt, desto weniger muss gefragt werden. Wenn schon bei der ersten Frage die wichtigsten Eckdaten mit angegeben werden (welche Box, welches Image, etc.), so trägt das aktiv zur Problemlösung bei und erspart allen viel Zeit. Hier ist auch wichtig das eure Profile/Signaturen auf dem aktuellen Stand sind, um sich einen schnellen Überblick verschaffen zu können. Bitte kontrolliert diese regelmäßig.
• Beim Thema bleiben
  Bitte bleibt innerhalb des Threads beim Thema. Es ist nicht besonders hilfreich, wenn auf eine direkte Frage eine Antwort wie "das Problem hatte ich auch schon, aber aktuell habe ich folgendes, wer kann mir helfen" kommt. Bitte eröffnet für ein neues Problem auch einen neuen Thread (sofern nicht schon einer vorhanden ist). Dies steigert die Übersichtlichkeit und macht auch die Suche im Board sehr viel einfacher.
• Keine Doppelpostings
  Entdeckt ein Teammitglied ein Doppelposting, bei dem die gleiche Frage parallel in mehreren Foren des Boards gepostet wurde, so werden diese umgehend gelöscht. Es ist absolut ausreichend, wenn eine Frage in der passendsten Kategorie gestellt wird. Es ist nicht angenehm, wenn man sich die Lösungen zu einem Problem aus mehreren Threads zusammentragen muss. Bitte schaut auch vor dem Posten, ob nicht schon ein Thread zu diesem Thema existiert (Stichwort: Suche). Neu eröffnete Threads, die ein bereits laufendes Thema nochmal behandeln, werden ebenfalls vom Team geschlossen und bei Bedarf gelöscht.
• Sinnlose Postings
  Ein bisschen Spaß muss sein und so ist es auch kein Problem, wenn ein paar lustige Sprüche eingestreut und gepostet werden. Werden allerdings absolut sinnlose Posts entdeckt, die hauptsächlich darauf abzielen, den Beitrags-Zähler in die Höhe zu treiben, so werden diese vom Team ebenfalls kommentarlos beseitig.
• Seid nett zueinander
  Bitte bewahrt euch auch einen vernünftigen Umgang mit- und untereinander. Es wird immer Meinungsverschiedenheiten geben, die hier auch gerne ausdiskutiert werden können. Bei persönlichen Angriffen und Beleidigungen wird das Team allerdings einschreiten und die Diskussion stoppen. Bitte denkt daran, dass dies ein Hobby ist und alle ihre Freizeit für dieses Board und somit auch für euch opfern.
• Gelöste Probleme bzw. abgeschlossene Threads
  Wenn ihr einen Thread eröffnet habt und das Problem im Laufe des Threads gelöst wurde, so wäre es für alle Benutzer von Vorteil, wenn ihr die Überschrift editiert und ein [Gelöst] vor den eigentlichen Titel stellt. Dies vergrössert die Übersicht im Board und macht Suchergebnisse bei ähnlichen Problemen wertvoller.
• Lesbare Postings
  Bitte verwendet ganze Sätze und verziert diese auch mit den auf der Tastatur angebotenen Satzzeichen, da das Ganze dann übersichtlicher und lesbarer wird. Rein GROSS geschriebene Sätze entsprechen nicht der Netiquette und werden als Gebrüll angesehen, wundert euch also nicht, wenn darauf zurückgebrüllt wird.
• Boardsprache
  Die Hauptsprache im Board ist deutsch. Da es auch sehr viele internationale Benutzer gibt, kann auch in Englisch gepostet und/oder geantwortet werden. Für grössere Diskussionen in Englisch wurde extra ein englischer Bereich in diesem Board eingerichtet. Sollte jemand in der Lage dazu sein, so sollte dieser auch so hilfsbereit sein und für andere User übersetzen. Bitte seht von Postings in anderen Sprachen ab, da hier nur selten Antworten kommen werden und wir dies auch in Bezug auf die Legalität nicht kontrollieren können. Im Zweifelsfall werden solche Postings daher ebenfalls gelöscht.
• Verlinkungen
  Bitte prüft Verlinkungen auf andere Webseiten bevor ihr diese hier einstellt. Fehlerhafte Verlinkungen oder Verlinkungen auf fragwürdige Inhalte werden vom Team entfernt sowie der User im Bedarfsfall abgemahnt.

Tabus

Auch dieses Board unterliegt dem deutschen und internationalen Recht und hat nicht zuletzt dadurch gewisse Regeln einzuhalten. Daher sind folgende Themen absolut tabu und werden kommentarlos gelöscht. Bei wiederholtem Verstoß gegen diese Tabus ist ein sofortiger Ausschluss vom Board die Folge.

• NP-Tools
  Wir respektieren die Wünsche der Entwickler. Daher sind als Non-Public (nicht öffentlich) markierte Tools bei uns auch nicht geduldet. Entsprechende Posts werden abgemahnt und sofort gelöscht.
• Cardsharing
  Cardsharing ist verboten und wird nicht nur deshalb auf dem Board nicht geduldet. Auch der Homeshareing Support ist im IHAD nicht gestattet. Entsprechende Postings werden abgemahnt und gelöscht.
• Software-Cracks und Keygens
  Das Uploaden bzw. Posten von Softwarecracks bzw. Keygeneratoren ist ebenfalls nicht gestattet. Entsprechende Postings werden gelöscht und abgemahnt.
• Illegale Inhalte
  Beim Posten von illegalen Inhalten wie pornografischen oder gewaltverherrlichenden Beiträgen wird das Team einen sofortigen Ausschluss des Users durchsetzen. Zur Diskussion über Sat-Erotik gibt es hier ein eigenes Forum, jedoch müssen die Postings nicht mit bildhaften Beispielen unterlegt werden. Auch politische Propaganda ist auf diesem Board verboten und wird vom Team gelöscht und der User abgemahnt.
• Urheberrechte achten
  Bitte achtet die Urheberrechte von anderen und bringt bei Postings die ursprünglich nicht von euch stammen auch eine Quellenangabe an. Sollte der eigentliche Autor mit der Veröffentlichung nicht einverstanden sein, so seht von einer solchen auch ab. Im Zweifelsfall wird das Posting vom Team entfernt.
• Illegale Karten sowie Keys
  In unserer Gemeinschaft werden Cerebro, Didem, Daytona, Anaconda & Co. nicht geduldet. Jegliche Anfragen dazu werden ohne Kommentar gelöscht. Außerdem ist auf dem Board das Posten von Keys untersagt, sei es ausgeschrieben oder als Anhang. Wir werden hierzu keinen Support geben (auch nicht per PM) und auch über den Blue Panel keine dieser Daten anbieten. Anfragen zu Keys oder Addons zum aktualisieren der Keys werden editiert oder gelöscht. Weiterhin sind Verlinkungen zu URLs, welche Keys anbieten, nicht erlaubt und werden ebenfalls editiert oder gelöscht. Verstöße gegen diese Regelung werden mit Sperrung des Accounts geahndet.
• Abokarten/Emulatoren/Softcams
  auch sogenannte Softcams (Emulatoren für CAM Module) werden nicht angeboten und auch nicht diskutiert. Der Support für offizielle Abokarten beschränkt sich nur auf Receiver mit CI Schnittstelle und offiziellen CI Modulen (z. Bsp. Alphacrypt). Fragen zum Betrieb dieser Karten mit einem Softcam werden nicht geduldet.

Board-Uploads und Attachments

Neue Plugins, Images und Tools sind hier jederzeit willkommen, solange diese nicht den Boardregeln widersprechen. Images die Cardsharing oder NP Tools enthalten sind genauso wie so genannte Backup-Images (auch URLs auf solche) nicht geduldet. Zudem werden Anhänge, die Keys oder andere illegale Inhalte beinhalten, nicht geduldet. Entsprechende Postings werden ausnahmslos gelöscht und der entsprechende User abgemahnt.

Regelungen für den Verkauf/Angebot im IHAD

Das IHAD bietet keinerlei Möglichkeit mehr um Receiver und eventuelles Zubehör hier zum Verkauf anzubieten. Threads mit diesem Inhalt werde ohne Vorwarnung gelöscht und der User abgemahnt.
Zuwiderhandlung trotz Hinweis durch das Team kann letztendlich sogar zum Ausschluss aus dem IHAD führen.

Werbung auf dem Board

Die Werbung auf dem Board ist den Board-Sponsoren mittels Banner vorbehalten. Werbung innerhalb von Threads oder innerhalb von Signaturen werden vom Team editiert und/oder gelöscht. Bitte haltet euch daran.

Verstöße und Sanktionen

Bei Verstößen gegen die Regeln wird das Team angemessen reagieren. Dies reicht von dem bearbeiten des entsprechenden Postings über das Schließen und Löschen des Postings bzw. des Threads bis hin zur Abmahnung und dem kompletten Ausschluss des Users vom Board. Schwere Verstöße werden im Regelfall mit einer gelben Karte auf dem Richterstuhl verwarnt und im Wiederholungsfall wird der User mit einer roten Karte vom Board ausgeschlossen. Diese Sanktionen werden im Team diskutiert und geschehen nach den hier vorliegenden Regeln und nicht aus persönlichen Rachefeldzügen. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass das Team bzw. in letzter Instanz der Admin für dieses Board den Kopf hinhält. Daher wird das Team auch auf die Einhaltung der Regeln Wert legen und keine Ausnahmen zu lassen. Sanktionen des Teams, unabhängig ob dies ein geschlossener Thread oder eine Sperrung des Users ist, werden nach bestem Gewissen gemacht und innerhalb des Teams abgestimmt. Unnötige Nachdiskussionen werden ebenfalls geschlossen und gelöscht.

AGB von Programmanbietern / Pay TV Anbietern

So wie wir hier unsere Boardregeln haben, so gibt es bei Programm / Pay TV Anbietern ebenfalls Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB). Dort sind verschiedene Dinge geregelt, unter anderem auch mit welchen Receivern deren Programme empfangen werden müssen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung der User diese AGB zu kennen und zu beachten. Das IHAD kann nicht haftbar gemacht werden, wenn der User sich nicht an die AGB der Programm / Pay TV Anbieter hält.

Tools / Plugins / Addons / Skins Upload auf dem Board

Beim Upload von Plugins, Skins, Tools und Addons stimmt der Autor (soweit er selbst dieses hier uploaded und selbst die Rechte an diesem hält) zu, dass sein Werk von Usern im IHAD geändert und benutzt werden kann und dieses auch in der Database bzw. in dem BluePanel angeboten werden darf. Ein Posten der Änderungen verletzt keine Rechte des Autors. Widerspricht der Autor dieser Regelung, so kann der Thread/Post vom Team gesperrt/editiert oder gelöscht werden.

Links / Inhalte / Anhänge

Werden Links/Inhalte vom Team editiert oder zensiert und der User ändert diese danach wieder, so führt dies zum sofortigen Ausschluss (rote Karte) vom Board.

Sat-Receiver und DreamboxOS Images / Sat-Receiver von anderen Herstellern

Das IHAD ist ein Board für die Boxen und Images für Dreambox Geräte. Boxen anderer Hersteller und auch Images für andere Boxen werden hier nicht supportet bzw. diskutiert. Solche Threads/Post können vom Team editiert/gesperrt oder gelöscht werden. User, die sogenannte Clone der Dreambox einsetzen, und hier probieren Support und Know How zu erschleichen, können sofort vom Team abgemahnt und gesperrt werden ohne Rückfrage.

Besonderer Hinweis zu den Gemini Images:

Die Images beinhalten einen Schutz gegen sogenannte Cloneboxen. Auch hier kann das IHAD nicht haftbar gemacht werden, wenn die sogenannten Clones nach aufspielen eines Images welches für Dreamboxen ist, nicht mehr funktionsfähig bzw. in einem nicht gebrauchsfähigen Zustand sind!

Anmeldung im Ihad / Useraccounts / Nickname im Forum / Links und Werbung in Signaturen

Zur Anmeldung im Forum ist von jedem User ein Nickname zu wählen, auf den das IHAD keinen Einfluss hat. Werden User vom Team ermahnt, weil sie sich nicht an die geltenden Boardregeln halten, so kann dies letztendlich zum Ausschluss aus dem Board führen.
Ebenfalls werden Werbung oder Links in Signaturen vom Team editiert bzw. gelöscht, wenn diese auf Seiten verweisen, die fragwürdig sind oder auf Seiten verweisen, welche das IHAD nicht unterstützt bzw. nicht einschätzen kann.

Das IHAD spricht hier ein „virtuelles Hausverbot“ aus. Der Account wird gesperrt und ist nicht mehr benutzbar.

Sollten sich User trotz Ausschluss aus dem Board wiederholt hier nochmals anmelden mit einem anderen Nicknamen bzw. hier weitere Accounts schon angelegt haben um diesen zu benutzen, so wird dieser ohne Vorwarnung vom Team gesperrt.

Änderungen der Regeln

Wir behalten uns vor, die Regeln bei gegebenem Anlass zu ändern und anzupassen. Bitte beobachtet daher diese Regeln. Wir werden Änderungen dementsprechend Kennzeichnen und auch das Datum des Standes in der Überschrift anpassen.

Bitte seht diese Regeln als das was sie sind: Eine Hilfe, um hier bei einer steigenden Userzahl vernünftig und sinnvoll miteinander umzugehen. Diese Regeln und die daraus folgenden Strafen bei Verstössen sind keine Schikane und sind auch nicht aufgrund eines Machtbedürfnisses der Team-Mitglieder geschaffen worden.

Each community needs a few rules in order to "function", in this place we are no exception too. Therefore we would like to ask you to read and consider the following rules.

Everyone, which participates here and posts contributions, confirms and accepts these board rules automatically. With offences, we the team will react appropriately and amend postings individually and/or delete them, close/delete threads, declare advises and if it is not avoidable to exclude the appropriate user from the board use too.
General information

The IHAD-Board was furnished as an information platform for the Dreambox STB and wants to offer comprehensive assistance and a platform to all users for further development and for experience and knowledge exchange. The IHAD-Board stands in no connection with manufacturing, sales or service of Dreambox STB and is thus independent. Official support inquiries must be adressed to the responsible service company. None the operator and/or the team have an authorization for official statements in the order or in place of the Dreambox manufacturer.

Board use

In order to keep high the information content and the overview in the board, we would like to ask you to keep the following rules. As basis for postings in this board the Netiquette as well as the disclaimer apply primarily. Especially we would like to refer you to the following points:

• FAQs are here to be read
  In the database and in the board there are present a constantly growing number of HowTo's and/or FAQ's. These documents were written in order to help. Please read these also. If you should not be clear with one of that HowTo's or if you do not understand one of them, please help us by referring to it and making improvement suggestions. Also referring to errors found inside are welcome. Only in such a way these documents can become better and still help more user in the future.
• Use the search function please
  The search function of the board is very voluminous and good. If you have a question or a problem, please use beside the FAQs the board search also then. Many questions were discussed already several times and the answers are to be found in the board already. Do not surprise, if you get a short negative answer to a question, which was answered already several times. Everyone from the team and on the board helps very gladly, but we are not amused to answer the same question three times on the day only because someone was to putrid to use the search.
• Use a explicit headline please
  If the topic of the thread becomes already clear from the headline, it shortens the waiting period for an answer substantially then, since persons, which are versed in the appropriate topic, will recognize the thread faster and will read it also. With insignificant headlines like "Dreambox problem" the erase key is an enticing variant for the team members.
• Make clear specifications
  The more clearly and/or more exactly you describe the problem, the less it must be asked for. If in the first question the most important basic data is already indicated (which box, which image, etc.), then it helps actively to solve the problem and saves us much time. It´also important the you keep your profile/signature up to date. Check it regulary.
• Stay on topic
  Please stay within the threads on topic. It is not helpful particularly, if to a direct question comes an answer like "this problem I had already, but up-to-date I had the following, who can help me". Please open a new thread for a new problem also (if no one is present already). This increases the clarity and makes also the search on the board very simpler.
• No double postings
  If a team member discovers a double posting, which the same question was posted parallel in several forums of the board, this one will be deleted immediately. It is absolutely sufficient, if a question is asked in the most suitable category. It is not pleasant, if someone have to look for solutions to a problem in several threads. Please take a look also, before you post, whether a thread to this topic exists already (keyword: search). Newly open threads, which treat a running topic again, will be closed by the team likewise and deleted if necessary.
• Senseless postings
  There must also be a little bit fun, and there is no problem, if "a little bit amusement" will be given to threads (like funny verdicts). But if there will be discovered absolutely senseless postings, which mainly aim to "push up" the contribution counter, so they will be removed without comments too.
• Handle each other nicely
  Please keep a reasonable handling along and among themselves. There will always be diversities of opinion, which also can be discussed fully here. At face-to-face attacks and offenses the team will intervene and stop the discussion. Please remember, that this is a hobby and everyone spend all their spare time for this board and also for you.
• Solved problems and/or finalized threads
  If you open a thread and the problem was solved in the course of the thread, it would be for all users of advantage, if you edit and add [solved] at the beginning of the actual headline. This increases the overview in the board and makes search results more valuable for similar problems.
• Readable postings
  Please use complete sentences and fill these also with the punctuation marks offered on the keyboard, since the whole thread becomes clearer and more readable then. LARGE written sentences do not correspond the netiquette purely and will be considered as roar. Do not surprise then, if someone roars back.
• Board language
  The host language on the board is German. Since there are also many great international users, it can be posted and/or answered also in English. For bigger discussions in English, there was furnished an English forum on this board especially. If someone should be able in that case, so this one shall be so helpful and translate for other user. Please refrain from postings in other languages, since answers will come here rarely only and we are not able to control this regarding the legality. In the case of doubt such postings will be deleted likewise therefore.
• Links
  Please verify links to other web pages before you put them here. Incorrect links or links to doubtful contents will be removed by the team as well as the user will be advised if necessary.

Taboos

Also this board is subject to German and International Rights and has to keep thereby certain rules at least. Therefore the following topics are absolutely taboo and will be deleted without comments. To repeated offence against these taboos an exclusion of the board will be a result immediately.

• NP tools
  We respect the desires of the developers. Therefore are such tools, marked by us as no public (shortly NP), not tolerated also. Appropriate postings will be advised and deleted immediately.
• Internet cardsharing
  Cardsharing is forbidden and not therefore only not tolerated on the board. Also homesharing support is not allowed in our board. Appropriate postings will be advised and deleted.
• Software cracks and keygens
  Uploading and/or posting of software cracks and/or key generators is not permitted likewise. Appropriate postings will be advised and deleted.
• Illegal content
  Posting of illegal contents like pornographic topics or aggrandizing violance in contributions the team will intersperse an exclusion of such users immediately. For discussions about sat erotic there is an own forum here, however the postings have not to be supported with graphic examples. Also political propaganda is forbidden on this board and will be deleted and the user advised by the team.
• Respect copyrights
  Please respect copyrights of others and add information of source to postings, which are not from you originally. If the actual author should not agree with the publication, so let it be then. In the case of doubt the posting will be removed by the team.
• Keys and illegal cards
  In our community we dont put up with Cerebro, Didem, Daytona, Anaconda & Co. Any requests will be deleted without any comment. Its not allowed to post keys in any way e.g. plain written or attached to a thread. We will not give any support for that (also not by PM) and won´t offer these files in the Blue Panel. Links to URLs containing Keys are forbidden and will be edited or deleted. Also requests for keys and for addons for automatic key update will be edited or deleted. By offences against this rule the account will be deleted.
• Official Smartcards/Emulators/Softcams
  So-called "softcams" are neither to be provided nor discussed in any way. In other words: All types of CI module emulators are strictly prohibited. Support for official smartcards is limited to receivers with CI interface and official (legal) CI modules. Questions regarding the handling of official smartcards with softcams will not be tolerated.

Board uploads und attachments

New plugins, images and tools are welcome at any time here, as long as these do not contradict to the board rules. Images which contain cardsharing and/or NP tools as well as so-called backups are not tolerated(urls/links to that stuff too). We also don´t tolerate any attachments containing keys or any illegal content. Appropriate postings will be deleted without exception and the appropriate user will be advised.

Rules for selling/offering

Ihad has stopped the possibilty of buying or selling Receivers or any other stuff. Threads with such content will be deleted immediatley. If you act against this rule, your account can be deleted.
There is/there will be no adhesion by the IHAD team for not proper commodity, supply, no payment etc... That's a case between buyers and salesmen! All offers have to have a price suggest. Offers without price suggest will be deleted.

Private messages (PM/PN)

The board offers a possibility to you to exchange directly among themselves. Please keep the rules here also. If a user should not do this, we would like to ask the involved ones to report us these incidences, so that we can prevent this. In principle the conveyed information by PM is private and may not be published without agreement of the other one. This applies also to e-mail addresses and real names.

Advertisement on the board

The advertisement on the board is reserved via banners to the board sponsors. Advertisement within threads or within signatures will be edited and/or deleted by the team. Please adhere to this.

Offences and sanctions

With offences against the rules the team will react appropriately. This will be done in following ways: the appropriate postings will be edited, postings or threads will be closed and deleted, users will be advised and/or completely excluded from the board. In normal case fatal offences will be advised with a yellow card on the judge chair and in case of recurrence this user will be excluded from the board with a red card. These sanctions are discussed in the team and occur according to available rules here and not to personal revenge campaigns. Please be appreciative of the fact that the team and/or in last instance the admin are called to account for this board. Therefore the team will attach importance to the adherence of the rules also and will leave no exceptions. Sanctions of the team, not given a damn whether it is a closed thread or exclusions of users, are made after best conscience and are co-ordinated within the team. Unnecessary discussions after sanctions will be closed and deleted likewise.

Conditions of PayTV Providers

As we have our board rules, the program / pay-TV providers also have their conditions/rules. There are several things regulated, including receivers which must be used to receive their TV-Program. It is in the responsibility of the users to know and observe them. IHAD can not be made responsible if the user does not respect the terms of the program / pay-TV providers.

Tools / Plugins / Addons / Skins Upload

If you upload plugins, skins, tools and addons the author agrees on (if he himself has uploaded it here and has the rights on it) that his work can be modified from the users on this board. He accepts that it can be uploaded in the database and / or the Blue Panel. Making changes on it does not violate the rights of the author. If the author does not agree to this, the thread/post can be closed/edited or deleted by the team.

Links / Content / Attachments

If contents or links that have been edited or censored by the team are edited back by the user, the user will be exclused immediately (red card) from the Board.

Sat-Receiver and Dreambox Images / Sat-Receiver of other manufactor.

IHAD is a board for Dreamboxes and DreamOS images. Boxes of other manufacturers and also images of other boxes will not be discussed or supported here. Such threads/posts can be edited or closed or deleted by the team. Users owning so called "Clones" of the Dreamboxes and are trying to get support or help here, can be deleted immediately.

Special note to the Gemini Images:

The images include a protection against the so called clone boxes. Again, IHAD can not be made responsible if the so called Clones break down after an image is flashed, which was never made to be run on a not original Dreambox.

Registration / Useraccounts / Nickname/ Links and advertisment in the Signature

To register in the forum each user has to choose a nickname. On this nickname the IHAD has no influence. If users are violating our boardrules they can be deleted from the board.
Also advertising or links in signatures which refer to pages which are disputable, not supported or can not be assessed from IHAD will be edited/deleted by the Team.

The IHAD talks here about a "virtual house ban". That means that you are also not allowed to register here again. The account will be blocked and is no longer usable.

If users, who have already been deleted, register here again or already have registered several accounts to use in that case, we will delete these users immediately.

Changes of the rules

We reserve the right to change and adapt the rules for given reason. Please observe these rules therefore. We will mark changes accordingly and also the date of the update status will be customized in the headline.

Please see these rules as what they really are: assistance, in order to be on good terms at still growing number of users. These rules and with it the following punishments at offences are not a chicanery and also were not created due to show power of the team.
