Functions and not functions of Dm600pvr Enigma2 TestImage of 080311

Wir haben aktuell ein Problem mit dem Board und arbeiten an der Lösung...

    UPDATE (after the new PCD release. I deleted all done things for better overview):
    Overview of the functions and not functions (sorted by my priority)
    of Dm600pvr Enigma2 TestImage of 080311 made by PCD


    1. Volumechanging is not very „smooth“ (in the upper end [last two steps] the volume chnges to "hard","fast"-> @ CASSIOPEIA2000 can you please tell PCD how you solve this problem. In your Image its perfect. --> not fixed


    2. The l [long] flag in KEYMAP.XML will be ignored by the system (best test with extended EPG. You could not get a second function anyway) --> not fixed


    3. In SKIN there is an option called „ISWIDESCREEN“
    I think that this on is not correct beacause the ICON has no function.
    MENU -> INFO -> Channel shows the right Info (4:3, 16:9) --> not fixed


    4. PLAYING recorded movies by the MOVIEPLAYER is working not complety good, but MUCH BETTER like before !!!
    In both Images the functions FAST FORWARD and REWIND are a little bit buggie… but it is getting better...


    5. Timeshift not working --> i removed the functions in my keymap for the moment


    6. If you will get “ECM.INFO” and the file isn´t available yet (in /TMP) the system will crash --> not fixed


    7. RASS only working a half -> Background Pictures are not shown, TXT shows not what it should ---> not fixed


    8. PICTUREPLAYER doesn´t show any pictures --> not fixed


    x. MEDIAPLAYER --> removed so there is no problem anymore :)



    The WEBINTERFACE: Much functions are working. Others not (yet)


    STREAMING of RECORDED movies: works
    STREAMING of LIVE pictures: doesn´t work
    The RECORD button has no function
    VIEW Signal button has no function
    MEDIAPLAYER doesn´t work
    REMOTE doesn´t work
    FILEBROWSER window is not in the right position


    If someone wants some SPINNERS use this one.

    im obigen Posting gibt es die BUG/Feature Liste zum aktuellen Enigma2 Image von PCD (Dm600pvr Enigma2 TestImage of 080311).


    Näheres dazu in diesem Posting.


    Nachdem ich jetzt mehrere Nächte damit verbracht habe herauszufinden wie weit Enigma2 auf der 600PVR (schon) nutzbar ist,
    möchte ich euch hier das Ergebniss präsentieren.


    Bitte antwortet darauf NUR wenn Ihr noch zusätzliche BUGS oder ähnliches gefunden habt.
    Sobald wieder ein BUG weg ist, werde ich das erste Posting editieren.


    Erstmal Vielen Dank an CASSIOPEIA2000 und PCD für Ihre Arbeit.


    Ich selbst kann keine IMAGES schreiben, aber editieren und kleinere Schönheitsfehler beseitigen ist kein Problem, und jetzt zu Thema:

    Ich habe eine Art "Patch" für das PCD Image erstellt, der dafür sorgt, das diverse Einstellungen und looks "normaler" sind.


    Ich werde das ganze morgen mal "packen" und dann zum Download anbieten, damit Ihr euch nicht auch die Nächte um die Ohren schlagen müßt, und damit die Box vernünftig handelbar ist.

    Many thanks for your detailed bug reports of recent days.


    Most of these items are easy to correct. The text input problems have been solved in the recent cvs.


    I am a bit busy with another program. But will get back to this soon. :)

    Look HERE


    Install the PCD Image (Dm600pvr Enigma2 TestImage of 071212)


    Extract the "enigma2_dm600_patch_ef_2008_01.zip" on your PC and OVERWRITE all files via FTP to your 600 into the given folders.


    After this, you have a lightly modified "SCREW STONE II" Skin which looks perfect (to me)...


    For all other things: Have a look at this Posting and wait for more :)

    Das Image ist NATÜRLICH (auch) VOLL Deutsch !


    Da PCD aber "von der Insel" kommt werden die Postings primär in Englisch geführt...


    Kannst die Fragen natürlich auch in Deutsch stellen.
    Nur PCD lässt wohl via Software übersetzen.... :)

    Also ich habe jetzt noch ein großes Problem und zwar wenn ich
    von meinem NFS-Server einen Film anschaue und ich will vor oder
    zurückspulen, dann stimmt die Synchronisation nicht mehr.


    Also wenn ich mit den farbigen Tasten vor und zurückspiele,
    und drücke dann auf play, dann spult er einfach weiter.


    Wenn ich mit den Tasten 3,6,9 vorspule, dann kommt zwar gleich
    wieder gut das Bild, aber die Stimmensynchronisation stimmt dann
    nicht mehr.


    Ansonsten wäre alles perfekt, hat jemand eine Lösung für das
    Problem?



    P.S. Ich habe deine Files alle kopiert, bekomme aber kein neues
    Skin zu angesicht...


    P.S. Ich habe gerade das andere Image ausprobiert, dort gibt
    es ja mein gewünschtes Skin, nämlich das Nemisis Blue Single.
    Wie kann ich das denn von dem Image in das von PCD kopieren?
    Welche Files brauche ich da?

    zum Skin: such mal in /usr/share/enigma2
    Da findest Du einen Ordenr der so heißt wie das Skin.
    Den kopieren und dann im anderen Image an der selben Stelle wieder rein kopieren.
    zusätzlich noch die Daten aus dem Ordner "skin_default" kopieren und ebenfalls in das andere Image kopieren.
    Überschreiben würde ich da ersteinmal nichts, nur einfügen was fehlt

    Dann muss ich wohl noch ein bischen warten,
    da dies mit dem hin und herspulen für mich sehr wichtig ist,
    da ich viele Reportagen aufnehme und wenn ich dann die
    Werbung anschauen muss, für was habe ich dann eine
    Dreambox :)


    Schade, dass E2-Image von PCD ist echt genial, es müssten
    wenigstens die Tasten 3,6,9 gehen bzw. die Synchronisation.


    Schaust du denn nur Filme von Anfang an, brauchst du die
    Spul-Funktion gar nicht?

    Hallo elektronikfreak,
    ich habe jetzt einmal dein IPK probiert zum installieren, leider ohne
    Erfolg, kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung: "No such file..."


    Danach habe ich von dem Image wo das Nemesis drin ist, die
    Dateien kopiert und in dem Image vom PCD eingefügt, dann
    startet die Dreambox aber leider nicht mehr, die hängt dann
    in einer Bootschleife.


    Hast du vielleicht noch eine Idee wie ich das Skin reinbekomme?
    Muss ich vielleicht irgendwelche Dateien noch andere Rechte geben?

    Andere Rechte eher nicht.
    Es werden vermutlich ganz einfach noch einige "Bildchen" auf der Box fehlen...


    Ist denn eigentlich in den von PCD geposteten SKINS für die 600er nicht das bei was Du suchst?


    Ich kann Dir z.Z. auf jedenfall leider nicht helfen, da die Boxen woanders stehen...

    Hallo Elektronicfreak,
    gestern hab ich es noch hinbekommen.


    Habe die Skins von PCD installiert:


    Some Enigma 2 skins for DM600pvr


    Dort ist ja auch ein Nemesis-Skin drin, nicht genau das das ich will,
    aber ich habe dann einfach die Dateien von dem anderen Image
    in das Skin von PCD kopiert und schon ging es :)


    Jetzt möchte ich eigentlich nur noch die vier farbigen Buttons rein
    machen, wenn ich in das Video-Menü rein gehe, da weiß ich aber
    leider nicht wie das geht, dass ist aber auch nicht so schlimm.


    P.S. Ich hab noch nicht viel getestet aber dein Tip mit der Pause
    drücken scheint echt zu klappen, vielen Dank, die einfachsten
    Sachen übersieht man oft, danke für den Tip, du hast mir
    sehr geholfen!

    Please give your report on recording to hdd or pc. Are you having sound (audio) problems ? What type of problems ?

    Have a look at the latest release of CASSIOPEIA2000 (in Database)


    Most of the problems above are solved...

    At the moment I think I didn´t have sound problems, but I didn´t do lot of recordings with the 600 because I need id as an external player for my 7025 :)

    First choice was making a perfect 600, because of WAF :) for bedroom.


    If the receiver in bedroom doesn´t work right, it´s no good...


    Today I will try the 7020 E2.
