Problem wity my DM 100

Wir haben aktuell ein Problem mit dem Board und arbeiten an der Lösung...

    Dear ALL,


    I'm just acquirining a dream box 100 which presents a major default as expressed here under:


    The voltage coming out from the " IN PLUG" does not deliver the proper voltage for LNBs ( 2,5 V instead 11-14V)


    Any idea to find he failed component inside the Box ?? Unfortunately I did not find any diagram/ schematics to support me .

    I really think that DM100 has some quality issues.
    My first DM100 did not even start my second was OK for 1 day then I got "no signal" = no power to LNB's


    DM100 Made in Germany BUT assembled in China?????
