I finally can record without pixelation (if I turn off the scart out during recording).

I have Gemini 3.1 and a D-Link DI-604 with fw 3.14 that works perfect to record via CIFS on WinXP Pro. Settings: rw, nolock,rsize=8192.wsize=8192.

I recently bought a Western Digital Netcenter 250 GB in order to not have to keep the PC on all the time. After 30-40 minutes it starts to pixelate with the exact same settings so the router may not be the problem.
