Could you please try to increase the Imagepartitionsize in Dumbo to maybe 300MB and report if then the link is propery corrected - if yes I will change it in code so that the minimal imagesize is 280MB or something like that to prevent this problem in the future.

I have re-extracted the image again on the stick. My image is created with dFlash 109 and extract with Dumbo

Now boot.
