am still facing same problem as the usb disconnects in few secends even after i enabled the kernel in the blue menu.

this is what i do as i got my smargo running on 1.3 ver
1- connect your smargo
2- dmesg|grep usb you will find it connected and recognized by DM
3- add SERIAL READER : /dev/usb/tts/0 smartreader+ in your cccam
4- go to your cccam info page you will find it recognized

but the box disconnects the usb

will this box read DIVX like the other new boxes ?

got it solved with enabeling the proper kernel module in the blue panel

i dont think you need this pkg any way , as the DM 800 kernel comes with ftdi and all the new kernel.

i got my smargo running fine with the debian box, but i have also a problem with the DM800 as he disconnects the USB each 1 minute, he dont keep it connected.

please help

ummm i think the Picons in the info bar is enabled
and i have all the picon pkgs on my usb, but i dont get picons with the new update version as i have installed it from the scratch

well every thing is running fine for the last one week
now my picons got crazy, now when ever i change the channel i get a wrong picon or i get the same picon of the first channel.

maybe something wrong with my usb flash or something else

yes recording works when you create movie folder.

but how you timeshift now ?

is there any way to cheat with the ln command in the hdd folder ?
as i used that command to create movie folder in hdd that links to an automount folder with ln and the recording works perfectrly
