the ones inside the file is usr/share/fonts and tuxbox
anyway i've placed files as per stated path and the skin does not show as per attached pictures, the outlines/background is transparent, getting only the blue color on screen. -
Amr 999 what is problem to install it manually. I always install skins manually (using Total Commander) Only you have to paste skin files into right catalogues. I got 7020s and everything is ok. I dont have problems with any skin. Check this. Unpack skin from Matrix, Then copy font arenna.ttf and paste this to usr/share/fonts , then edit file bluex.esml and upstair change line from <fonts basepath="/usr/share/fonts/bluex"> to <fonts> , save and send to your box to usr/share/tuxbox/enigmaskins ( send all 3 files from skins) then send all catalog bluex from pictures to usr/share/tuxbox/enigma/pictures, then Turn on Skin and Should work OK. All skins working with all dm boxes only we should install them in right catalogues. Thats all. Have fun

I've followed the correct path and installed it manually exactly as the path is written from your skin file download, that's why i was stating it did not work.

will try your method of edit file bluex.esml and upstair change line from <fonts basepath="/usr/share/fonts/bluex"> to <fonts>, that's the only step which i did not know i should change the .esml

Amr 999 I've always canging this in all skins what I test or using. If fonts from skin doesnt exist in default dreambox folder I copy and paste by Total Commander necessary fonts or using own fonts with polish signs (,, B...) because original fonts from skins have problems with polish signs in EPG. Bye

Dieser Skin geht leider nicht mit 500er Dream mit Gemini 3.6
Habe ihn drauf, dann hst die Box nicht mehr sauber gestartet.
Endlosschleife, musste sie dann neu flashen.
Hat da jemand andere Erfahrungen mit der 500er gemacht? -

Da ist keine Fehlermeldung gekommen.
Die Box hat das Gemini Logo gezeigt und hat dann direkt wieder neu gestartet.
Keine Chance den Skin zu wechseln oder mit Dcc den Skin wieder zu löschen.
Da half nur neu flashen. -

könnte sein, dass ne schrift/font fehlt die nicht gefunden wird. da wird dann so weit ich weiß kein fatal error kommen. ist aber ehrlich gesagt eher unwahrscheinlich, da du bisher der einzigste bist, der das problem hat. möglicherweise ist auch der flash-speicher voll und der skin wurde nicht komplett installiert
