  • Anybody knows what does it mean for current users of MaxRoot plugin installed on the base of OoZoon Experimental 3.0.3 in case of upgrade?

Could Gutemine or OoZoon comment on this, before some users with MaxRoot get in to the serious problems?

Btw it is very strange for me that DM didn't make use of full flash capacity from the very begining leaving it for others. It is shame for them, considering the premium price point they are charging for DM8000.

  • you can't upgrade from an oozoon to an original dmm imamge.
but if oozoon brings an update and you don't need the 256mb you will be able upgrade ur box.
iif you want 256mb flash space, there is no other way than to reflash your box!

Don't dream your life, live your dreambox...

    Gemini4 @ Merlin4 OE2.5
    Dreambox 7080

The old OE 1.5 Kernel did not support the fast jffs2 mount, hence it was not supported from beginning.

And Jumbo Images are a fresh install/Flashing and afterwards you don't need maxroot anymore, so where is the Problem ?

You can't update to the new images. You can only flash new this image.

  • was mich aber interressiert,

    Added DTS-HD -> DTS conversion (for pass-through)
