    What About The .SRT subtitle support CVS or GEMINI ? For 8000 ?
    we use DD subtitle player 2.56 plugin well but we can not use remote control pause stop etc.. with this plugin..
    any support? for .srt enigma2 gemini or cvs ??

    thanx for your answer but i use 5.10 but 2x yellow button subtitle there is no subtittle empty list :frowning_face: but in the folder of mkv same named .srt file is there.. but not display with 2x yellow.. :O
    if subtitles are embeded in the MKV file yes its ok but not ok like this below

    danke für deine Antwort, aber ich benutze aber 2x 5,10 gelben Knopf Untertitel gibt es keine subtittle leere Liste: (aber in den Ordner des gleichen mkv benannt. srt Datei ist es .. aber nicht mit 2x gelb .. Anzeige: O
Wenn Untertitel sind in der MKV-Datei eingebettet sein Ja ok ok, aber nicht wie dieser unter
/ Test / test.mkv /
/ Test / test.srt /

    I had that issue with some files too, the answer was to rename the files.
    For Example:
    BlaBlaBla.S01.E01.mkv
    BlaBlaBla.S01.E01.srt


    <- this has not worked for me.
    I renamed the files:
    BlaBlaBla-S01-E01.mkv
    BlaBlaBla-S01-E01.srt


    <- works

    i used my old settings restored when i load 5.10 may be this is a factor.
    second factor may be i installed skin patches from addons..
    now i install fresh 5.10.. may be its gonna work
    and... no its not worked with fresh installed 5.10 too..

    Hm. i dont understand why its not working for you ....


    But if you need you can do a workaround. Download "mkvmerge gui" and include the SRT subtitle inside the mkv!


    If that dont work too i'm out of ideas.


    For me both versions are working well now with GP5.1

    I tried to change the .srt file format with NOTEPAD++ than it worked.. changed to UTF8 and ok now working but why not working ANSI coded .srt i really dont know... :gutenmorgen:

    You can post a request or bug report in DMM Forums. They should fix it in next version :winking_face:

    if you let ( compile and use the right codes) linux can read ANSI codes too
