seems to be multiplatform problem. i have macosx running on server side ...

Hallo habe hier viele Wochen und Monate mal mitgelesen, ne menge Kaffee und Nerven verbraten.Bin nun endlich soweit das alles FAST funktionert.
Ich denke mal es ist nur nen Fingerbreit davon entfernt. Habe ne DM800se und nen iphone 4 alle sender und channelid mit airvideo erstellt.ports im router freigegeben.alles klappt soweit umschalten der box aber die box fängt nicht an zu streamen,deshalb denke ich bekomme ich auch kein bild auf dem iphone. weiss jetzt leider nicht mehr weiter und wäre für ein Tip sehr dankbar.

Ich vermute es liegt an der ffmpeg.exe.Habe gelesen das diese bei einen update von airvideo server ersetzt werden muss.weiss aber nicht ob mit
der aus den Modpack oder ob es immer wieder ne neu ffmpeg ist. und wenn
ja wo bekommt man diese?? Habe schon alles durchprobiert.Aber die Box blink nicht streamt nicht..???

You guys will have to wait a few more days. I am working on new versions of my air video mod which will support the latest air video server.

I don't know yet if my new mod will solve the problems people experience on iOS5. We will see that.

The attached ffmpeg is a test version for windows. Should work with latest Air Video Server 2.4.5-beta6. I'm interested to know if it works with iOS5

Versions for Mac and Linux will be released soon as well.

EDIT: new zip -> resolution is taken from global conversion settings in client. improved log info for debugging

EDIT: test version for Mac added (ffmpeg.gz)

It seems the quality, and therefore the required upload bandwidth, cannot really be controlled via the quality and resolution settings in the client. I must contact the Air Video Server developer to find a solution for that.

Please test these versions and post your feedback!

Bei mir geht es nicht Richtig. ZDF konnte ich schauen es hat nur alle 7sec geruckelt.
Sky Sport und ARD sind nach 7 sec abgebrochen!

With what device are you testing? And what iOS version?

In global conversion settings on client set manual resolution: 480x272 and then try again.

Ich Teste es auf meinem Iphone 4 und habe ios 5 drauf.
Habe in meinen Globalen Settings auf 480X272 gestellt aber es bricht trozdem ab.
Geht es bei den andern Testern?

I have also IOS5 running on Iphone 4 and Ipad 1.

After 7 seconds the stream is broken.

Max res. set to: 480x272

Playback from HD runs without any problems, but Live streams are stopping after 7 seconds.

My Hardware is:
I7 3,4GHz, Windows 7 Pro, 4GB RAM, 120GB SSD, Nvidia 1GB 8400GS

Hi guys!
I'm trying to watch live TV in WinXP via DVB-T -> VLC (stream UDP) -> AirVideo + mod. When you first start working for 3 seconds (logs include), then falls out. If you just run the second time that works for a long time, only the sound lags behind the video. Maybe I'm doing wrong and MOD can only work with Dreambox?

So nachdem ich jetzt gefühlte 1000 Stunden probiert habe Aivideo zum laufen zu bringen bin ich zum Ergebnis gekommen das es am neuen IOS5 liegt. Ich hatte zum probieren ein Iphone4, Ipad2, Ihone2, 2x DM8000 1xDM800 1xDM7000 2xDM600. Ich hab so ziemlich alle Kombinationen der FFMPEG.exe mit verschiedenen Airvideo Versionen probiert aber mit Geräten und IOS5 bricht der stream von den Dreamboxen immer nach ca.3-7 Sek einfach ab. Beim alten Iphone funktioniert das ganze. Ich geb jetzt langsam auf. Aber mal eine andere Frage hat jemand eine channels.ini für Unitymedia. Ich bräucht E1 und E2. Ist ziemlich mühseelig sich die zusammen zu bauen.
Also wenn jemand was weiß wie Airvideo mit den Dreams wieder funktioniert, melden!!! Ach ja streamen von Filmen egal welches Format funktioniert einwandfrei und ohne Probleme.

Mit IOS4 hat es auf meinem IPhone 4 und Ipad 1 auch geklappt, allerdings ging mit IOS5 gar nichts mehr, nur mit der aktuellen Version des Mods kommt zumindest für 5 sec. ein Bild. Filme von der Festplatte laufen allerdings problemlos.

Einfach den Stream ein paar mal starten, dann fängt er sich jedenfalls bei mir,
im Log erscheint bei Abbruch zuvor bei fehler meist audio sync fehler.
