It's Possible With The Dreamnetcast To Add Some Radio..how??

I WANNA KNOW IF SOME CAN ADD ON THE LIST FROM DREAMNETCAST THE LIVE FROM http://WWW.CLASSICFM.NL it's possible to add in the list or the list is full o how to do it..o can someone do it for me..i'm very begginer from dreambox..
