ich habe ein problem beim downloaden meiner aufnahmen von der box(7020) auf meinem pc. ich benutze smart ftp und kann aber nur mit ca. 30kb runterladen! ist das normal dass das so lange dauert oder muss ich irgendwas bei meiner box umstellen?

ich würde dir ein image mit netzwerk-fix empfehlen, dass sollte es etwas beschleunigen! zumindest gehts bei einigen dadurch besser/schneller!
im dmm-board hat man festgestellt, dass es an kondensatoren liegen könnte! kannst ja dort auch mal nachlesen!

Verwendest du eine Switsch? Wenn du Pech hast ist die defekt! Habe mich lange mit diesem Problem herum geschlagen und bin allen Empfehlungen hier nachgegangen. Letztendlich war die Switsch kaputt.

ne, die box hat kein gigabit-lan! sie schafft ja noch nicht mal 50mbit beim download! mir reichen aber 4-5MB/s durchaus!

I have a dreambox 7020 as well, and at the beginning, (with older gemini) and no multiboot,miniroot, or whatsoever, I only had about 35 kb/s as well. Stab usals did not work.Then I changed to miniroot and put in flash opne of the latest original DMM images, and on disk gem2.4, my speed went up to 1 MB/s, which is still very slow. Current installation:
flashwizzard multiboot on HDD: original DMM image in flash, gem2.4 on HDD (as well as 2.5 but to many problems). still speed is only 1MB/s (slow) and experience strange error when I want to go to 28.2 astra. IT DOES NOT WANT TOO???, all other works fine nut now way of getting hiom to turn to 28.2???? All data is available, dont understand. But anyway, would like to know what config for speeds for 3-4MB/s.ohh, ja, I also have a lan with US robotics 9601 or something...

die 4-5 MB sind bei der dm7000!!! sorry, but the 4-5 MB i have withe the dm7000!
aber wie ich schon in einem thread weiter oben gesagt hab, scheints an den kondensatoren zu liegen. siehe auch dmm-support-board!
if you look in the support-board of dmm there you can find a thread where it is said, that you have to change same condensators(?) and that same switches and/or hub's work better with the dm7020! -

ich hatte auch immer mit schlechten Werten im Netzwerk zu kämpfen, bis ich gestern auf diesen Tread gestoßen bin. Habe mir eben zwei Tantalkondensatoren 4,7 µF eingelötet und siehe, das Netzwerk rennt. Ich habe probeweise mal einen Film mit DCC runtergeladen, durchgehend mit 3,4 MByte/sec. mit Netzwerkfix und 4,2MByte/sec ohne Netzwerkfix. Nun bin ich zufrieden.

yes you will loose your warranty! maybe dmm will correct the kondensators if you still have warranty on your box!
