QTS 4.3.4.0370 (Beta) build 20171103 for x86 models

  • Hi,

    [Fixed Issues]
Users could not enable the OpenVPN service on the ARM-based models with Annapurna Labs processors.
Unlocking an encrypted volume would cause applications and services to be reinstalled or restarted.
QTS would incorrectly display the model name of TS-231P as TS-231+.
If users created a folder named "@Recycle" on an external drive, File Station would mistake this folder for a Recycle Bin folder.
Storage & Snapshots would erroneously list encrypted thick volumes as candidates available for converting to thin volumes.
Users could not enable auto tiering for shared folders whose filenames contained a whitespace character in "Control Panel" > "Privilege" >Shared Folder".
File Station would still display a cache acceleration icon after an SSD cache was removed.
Users would be signed out of the myQNAPcloud service after updating QTS from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4.
On the TS-431X and TS-431X2, users were unable to update QTS in "Control Panel" > "Firmware Update" > "Live Update".
Storage & Snapshots could not complete snapshot replication jobs if the destination NAS run 4.3.3.
    [Known Issues]
Unable to delete files via SMB when a volume is in read/delete mode.
Users cannot access remote files when copying a large number of files from a remote mount to the NAS.
CloudLink takes a long time to establish connections on the ARM models with Annapurna Labs processors.
QTS may still display an error message when users successfully create a snapshot shared folder.
When users enable Guaranteed Snapshot Space on a storage pool that does not have enough unallocated space for the guaranteed space, the thick volumes on the storage pool will become read-only for data protection.
Important: To restore read-only thick volumes back to normal, first free up storage space (by deleting snapshots, adding drives to expand the storage pool, or converting thick volumes to thin volumes) and then check the file system on these volumes in Storage & Snapshots.

  • Hi,
