Problem in Tuner Advance Setting

Wir haben aktuell ein Problem mit dem Board und arbeiten an der Lösung...

    Hi mates,
    I have 2 original dreamboxes DM800 and DM500HD
    the problem is when I use advance opition for Tuner Configuration
    I loss Badr 26E signal and Eurobrid 25.5E signal

    While all other Satellite (Nilesat 7W, Atlantic Brid 8W, Hotbrid 13E, Eurobrid 9E) work proberly without any problem !!!!!!


    I get back the signal only if I restart for about 3-5 times

    Which really not joyful


    I have no problem with the dish each LNB is on one dish.
    Disuqe is EuroStar brand
    Plus I check all wiring
    It is all ok


    So what is the problem I am about to be mad
    the 2 receivers has the same problem when I use Advance
    and no problem whem When I use simple tuner configuration
    Which I don't want to use.
    As I will put extra satellitte and so I need to use Advance tuner


    Please help !!!!!!
