Hallo zusammen,

ich hab ein kleines Problem mit meinem QNAP TS-219. Seit dem Firmware Release 3.3.0/3.3.1 kann ich nicht mehr auf das NAS zugreifen.

Folgendes hab ich bisher ausprobiert:
- Mountpunkt neu erstellt
- TCP und UDP
- Gemini 4.7 sowie 5.0 und 5.1
- Zugriff über Dateimanager

Leider ohne Erfolg. Lediglich ein Downgrade auf 3.2.8 hat geholfen.
Nun die Frage an euch, hat jemand ähnliche Probleme ?

Hier zur Info meine auto.network
nas -fstype=nfs,rw,soft,tcp,nolock 192.168.178.10:/dreambox

So ne neue Version hab ich nicht auf meinem alten Qnaperl.
Vielleicht ist es ein Fehler in der Version.

Oder du könnest auch einmal manuell mounten,
um zu schauen was für Fehler kommen.

Und auch schauen, was das NAS exportiert.
Drauf telneten und ein exportfs -v machen.

Oder du lädst via BluePanel showmount runter
und machst ein showmount -e ip_des_nas
im telnet.

Oder vielleicht findest du etwas im entsprechenden Forum bezüglich
nfs Zugriffe. Wenn es ein bekanntes Problem ist, dann bist du sicher nicht der einzige Augenzwinkern

hmm ich hab mit der 3.3.1 Build 0720T hier keine probleme
prüf mal nach dem update ob die nfs freigabe noch da ist

Erst einmal danke für eure Antworten.
Hab nun die aktuelle Firmware wieder aufgespielt und hoffe, dass ihr mich etwas unterstützt könnt.

Hier nochmal ein paar Infos zur aktuellen Situation

QNAP TS-219 Firmware 3.3.1 0720T
- IP Adresse 192.168.178.10
- Freigabeordner "dreambox" mit Vollzugriff für Admin und Gast
- NFS Dienst ist aktiviert
- NFS: Keine Zugriffsbeschränkung (Zugelassene IPs: 192.168.178.11,192.168.178.12)

Dreambox DM800 GP2 4.7 im Flash
- IP Adresse 192.168.178.12
- Networkmount: nas -fstype=nfs,rw,soft,tcp,nolock 192.168.178.10:/dreambox

Beim Versuch die Aufnahmeliste zu öffnen, seh ich längere Zeit die Zahnräder und dann folgende Meldung.
Error: path '/media/net/dreambox' not available!

Bin momentan echt ratlos.

hmm mit was "öffnest" du den mount ?
den der mount sollte ja unter /media/net/nas erreichbar sein (lt. deinem mounteintrag in der auto.network)

Nein, nutze keinen Multiboot.
Sobald ich im Dateimanager unter /media/net den eintrag "nas" auswähle, erscheinen längere Zeit die Zahnräder und anschließend ein leerer Ordner.

Hab nun auch den Vorschlag von mfgeg durchgeführt.
Telnet auf die DM800, showmount -e 192.168.178.10 -> Alle Verzeichnisse inkl. dem dreambox Ordner werden angezeigt

Dies ist auch meine Vermutung, da ich bis inkl. Firmware 3.2.8 keine Probleme mit dem NFS Zugriff hatte :-(

Hallo,

habe ich ja schon mehrfach geagt, das die Qnap-Software nett so Dolle ist bei NFS.
Und man bei NFS-Problemen das auch ruihg mal der Qnap-Software zuschieben kann
und nett immer nur dem Gemini Augenzwinkern

Wenn du mit deiner Qnap-Software 3.2.8 soweit zufrieden bist, dann bleibe da auch ruhig.
Ansonsten die Bugs oder Probleme immer schön bei Qnap melden Augenzwinkern

Hi Egle,

ich hab die Schuld ja gar nicht bei Gemini gesucht, meine Vermutung war eher, dass die QNAP Firmware eine neuere NFS Version beinhaltet, die wiederum nicht mit der Dreambox funktioniert. Ist leider nicht der Fall :-(

Hab den Beitrag hier im Forum erstellt, da hier immer nett und vorallem schnell geholfen wird und ich auf einen Workaround gehofft hatte.

Werde mich morgen bei QNAP melden :-)

also auf meiner ts-419p funktioniert der zugriff mit nfs in allen version.
hatter vorher auch 3.3.0 drauf und hat funktioniert, hab jetzt 3.3.1 und funktioniert tadellos.

So, hab nun die 3.3.1 wieder aufgespielt, den erweiterten Reset durchgeführt, die Konfiguration erneut durchgeklickt und immer noch dasselbe Problem :-(

Vielleicht muss ich es einfach hinnehmen und auf 3.2.8 bleiben, hat so ja keinen Wert...

Hab's nun auch endlich hinbekommen :-)
Die Lösung des Problems war, ein neues Freigabeverzeichnis anzulegen ! Hab nun zum Test 2 Aufnahmen rüberkopiert und siehe da, alles funktioniert.
