@sunce, if you want use newcamd/cccam clients just change on it in mg_cfg:

and this if you want use first newcamd client before cccam

if not then 02 (cccam will be first)...

add your lines to newcamd.list and cccamd.list... and configure other things if you want. You have examples attached with this pack...

Hi,

Could someone help me to update the MgCamd on my DreamBox 800HD, Gemini 4.6. from version 1.31 to 1.35. I have downloaded the archive that is posted in the 1st post of this thread. But there are 6 emu files:
mgcamd.arm
mgcamd.azbox
mgcamd.mips
mgcamd.ppc
mgcamd.ppc_old
mgcamd.sh4

As far as I know MIPS processor is used in Dreambox 800.

So it means that i should copy the file mgcamd.mips to my Dreamobx?

Is it possible to create the installation package for Dreambox?

Yes you should take mgcamd.mips and rename it to mgcamd_1.35 and send in bin folder and replace an older version.

if you have already intalled 1.31 you have to rename the mgcamd.mips from the zip to mgcamd_1.31 and replace that file in /usr/bin.

then the startscript in the blue panel will start it.

or you can wait until today evening, then i'm at home and can make you an install package for gemini. or maybe anyone other can do it in the meanwhile.

Die CCcam Verbindung funktioniert erstaunlich gut. Wobei es bei Servern über 2.1.1 angeblich nach einiger Zeit zu Aussetzern kommen soll...

Was ich noch nicht hinbekommen habe ist, dass HD+ ohne Mapping funktioniert. Das müsste die neue mgcamd ja eigentlich unterstützen. Mit CAID mapping von 1830 auf 1801 gehts problemlos...

Auf jeden Fall super, dass es die mgcamd wieder für die Dream gibt. Denn es gibt keinen Emu, der so sauber & zuverlässig AU bei den verschiedensten Smartcards macht, wie mgcamd.
