habe gerade beim suchen nach einem HDTV schneidetool für Linux dies gefunden.

http://meteorite.sourceforge.net/

Damit scheint mal defekte MKV-Dateien reparieren zu können, und wie ich das sehe ist dies für Windows und Linux gleichermaßen geeignet Augenzwinkern
